The BIG Story
MindingYourLiz is a multifaceted platform led by Elizabeth Williams Matthews, an accomplished author, certified coach, consultant, and motivational speaker. She is a woman who has faced her own spiritual and personal challenges. Through her journey of faith and self-discovery, Elizabeth has found the power to overcome adversity and now dedicates her life to empowering others to do the same. She leveraged her experiences and faith to create a business dedicated to helping others navigate life's challenges with spiritual values.
MindingYourLiz was born out of Elizabeth's love for God and her obedience to share her testimony with others. Her narrative autobiography, That's BIG: Believing It’s God!, is filled with numerous personal testimonies. This book changed her life and launched MindingYourLiz, LLC.
